Please call or email for details of how to place an order and for P&P costs. Items are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service. Ready made vintage pieces will be sent out as soon as payment clears. For bespoke pieces please allow approx. 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order in a hurry please contact me and I'll be happy to advise you of my current lead times.
As these pieces are custom-made to order please be aware that refunds are unavailable.
MATERIALS (EXCEPT VINTAGE)
I use only the finest hand-picked materials including Swarovski crystals. Unless otherwise stated gold or silver refers to plated or coloured materials. Sterling silver can be requested and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Remember that as each piece is handmade to order it may differ very slightly from the photo shown.
CUSTOMISATION
All hair accessories from the Modern Classic collection can be made in gold-plated or silver-plated finish. I am always happy to customise pieces wherever possible. Customisations can be made to height, shape & colour. Please call or email for details
Terms and conditions
No orders can be dispatched before payment is received.
Any deposits are non-refundable.
All made-to-order items are non-refundable unless proven to be faulty.
Returns must be made within 7 days and in the same condition they arrived.
Due to small parts these products are not suitable for very young children--supervision is recommended if worn by young bridesmaids.
